What's in it for you?

Winners will receive $10,000 contract with SomaGirls.tv and an all expense paid trip to Carmel, California to star in the Soma Girls Diaries. Must be able to travel on dates of trip.

Winners will also receive $5000 in guaranteed bookings from SomaGirls.tv, including but not limited to fashion editorials, catalogs, advertisements, websites, personal appearances and promotions.

Women age 18 to 25 with a height of at least 5'7" and are legal residents of the United States.

Official Rules

1. Promotion Period: Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on March 3, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on May 31, 2008 ("Promotional Period").
2. How to enter: There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. During the Promotional Period, submit your photos resume and video and you will automatically be entered into the Search. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on May 31, 2008.
3. Prizes & Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): $10,000 Cash and $5000 in travel.
4. Contest Voting: The contest winner is determined by the staff of Soma Management. The winner will be selected based on originality, creativity and personal presentation as demonstrated in their submitted video and will be notified by email. In the event of a tie an additional judge will be added to the panel and his/her decision will break the tie. If any potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within three (3) days an alternate winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.
5. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the U.S who are 18 - 25 years of age as of May 30, 2008. Employees of Soma Management, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising, promotion, production agencies and immediate families and/or those living in the same household of each are NOT eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.
6. Grand Prize winner and guest(s) must follow all applicable rules of conduct or they will have to leave prior to their determined departure date. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment, meals and transfers are Grand Prize winner's sole responsibility. By accepting a prize, winners agree that the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor's authority may use winner's names, pictures/portraits, likenesses and/or voices, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or termination.
